Zot is a communication protocol for decentralized publishing with built-in privacy for nomadic identities.
Allowing you, your family, friends and other people across the #Fediverse to interact and choose who can and cannot see what they publish, and let you move your contacts and data to another part of the Fediverse if you want to or need to. This is quite unlike #GAFAM, and you will enjoy it a lot more.

In 2020, Zot, which grew out of Red, #RedMatrix, #Friendica, Friendika and #Mistpark, is 10 years old. Zap and Hubzilla also speak other Fediverse protocols, in particular #ActivityPub, used by #MoodleNet, #Mastodon, #Pleroma, #PixelFed, #PeerTube and many others
